The Suzuki GSX1100 TSCC engines were introduced just as the first Slipper clutches found their way onto factory race bikes. Physically wide but powerful and torquey they react well to a bit of slipper clutch technology.
We equipped several of the '1100 Katanas' that raced at the Philip Island Classic festival with great success. The clutch gives you all the usual slipper clutch benefits, greater stability into corners , more grip through them and some defence against engine damage from over-revving!
